When does Pro launch?
We’re finishing the auth and payments work now. Sign up for an account today and we’ll email you the moment Pro is live — you’ll get first access to the Founders rate.
What counts as a 'Lot Scout' or an 'AI grade'?
One Lot Scout = one analysis of a lot listing (could be 100 cards in one eBay auction). One AI grade = one card you upload for grade prediction. Free is 3 of each per day. Pro is effectively unlimited (soft cap at ~100/day per tool to stop scrapers).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. You keep Pro access through the end of your billing period. We don’t refund the period you’ve already paid for — see the Refund Policy.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your collection and watchlist stay where they are. You lose access to cloud sync (so future changes stop propagating across devices), email alerts, and the higher AI limits. Re-upgrade anytime to restore them.
What if Founders seats fill up before I sign in?
The counter above is live. Once seats are gone, new customers pay the standard Pro rate — we won’t reopen Founders after the first 100. The whole point is rewarding the people who showed up first.
What is the Card Lot Composer?
A desktop app included with every Pro and Founders subscription, available for Windows and Mac. Drop in your card scans and it automatically arranges them into a clean grid image optimized for eBay listings — front-only or front&back pairs, any lot size. Download it from your account page after subscribing. No install required. Mac users: right-click the app → Open on first launch to bypass Gatekeeper.
Do you offer a team or dealer plan?
Not yet. Once we see enough demand from shop operators with multiple seats, we’ll add a Team tier. Until then, every user has the same Pro feature set.
What about refunds?
We don’t refund already-billed periods, but we honor the cases laid out in the Refund Policy (extended outage, duplicate charge, surprise price change). When in doubt, email support@verdict.cards and we’ll take a look.
